MotoGP's 2026 season will kick off at the end of February in Thailand - but the designs that will make up the field are trickling out much earlier as always.

Here are the confirmed colour schemes unveiled so far as part of MotoGP's 'launch season' - and the dates announced for future reveals.

Pramac Yamaha

The colours that will be campaigned by star new signing Toprak Razgatlioglu were unveiled in Pramac's event in Siena, Italy, to kick off 'launch season'.

Razgatlioglu and team-mate Jack Miller took covers off a bike largely similar in paint pattern to what the team already lan last year, featuring extensive branding for title sponsor Prima and partner Alpine.

VR46 Ducati

Valentino Rossi's team has retained the primarily yellow motif - and branding for title sponsor Pertamina - for 2026, but the livery is meaningfully different.

"After two years in yellow-and-white, we wanted to come back to our original colours," said team director Uccio Salucci. "VR46 was always yellow and black. We wanted to come back to the real VR46 because this colour is more aggressive also, more racing."

Like the previous liveries, this one - unveiled in a launch event in Rome - was put sketched by Rossi's designer friend Aldo Drudi.

There is also a telling difference (in the yellow-to-black balance) between the race suits of riders Fabio Di Giannantonio and Franco Morbidelli.

Aprilia

Marco Bezzecchi, Jorge Martin (now back to #89 after largely missing his season with the #1) and tester Lorenzo Savadori took the covers off the 2026 Aprilia RS-GP in Milan.

The livery is largely unchanged from last year, with the most notable tweaks being a change to the Aprilia logo on the side - now all-white and featuring a lion, presumably the Lion of St. Mark, the symbol of the Veneto region Aprilia hails from - and the relocation of the Italian flag to the front of the bike.

The unveiled bike bears a lot of resemblance to the prototype Aprilia ran in a camo livery in the Valencia test last year, particularly in front and rear aero.

The bikes, which Marc Marquez (who continues to forgo the champion's #1 in favour of his preferred #93) and Pecco Bagnaia will campaign this season, will sport a slightly tweaked livery - notably in the white 'racing lines' at the front, side and tail unit.

Yamaha

A few tweaks to Yamaha's look for the first full season of its V4 engine switch, unveiled in Jakarta on Thursday January 21.

It's a crucial year for convincing its last world champion Fabio Quartararo to keep the faith, and though he was saying the right things at the event in Indonesia, his early feedback on the V4 last year was not hugely encouraging.

With the rider market moving fast, early impressions of the latest iteration of the V4 when testing begins in Malaysia are likely to be very important. Yamaha bosses are talking of a year of two halves - an early development focus then a gradual improvement in results.

Trackhouse Aprilia

The new Trackhouse bikes were unveiled virtually on the same day as Yamaha, with the two Aprilia bikes presented with the new RS-GP aero.

The main Trackhouse design (right) has been reworked significantly compared to last year, with more black on the bike, while the special Gulf design (left) has been tweaked to a lesser degree.

Though unveiled with Ogura's number only, the Gulf livery will be run by both riders at five tracks this year - at Buriram, at the new Brazilian GP venue in Goiania, at Mugello, Mandalika and Sepang.

KTM and Tech3 KTM

The two Red Bull-backed KTM teams continue the trend of running very similar liveries in 2026.

And the changes to the bikes' looks relative to 2025 are fairly minimal. On the factory team side (Pedro Acosta and Brad Binder), Mobil 1 branding has been replaced by Motorex.

The white of Mobil 1 compared to the red of Motul on the Tech3s (Maverick Vinales and Enea Bastianini) was the main differentiator between the two teams last year. Now it's the green of Motorex versus, still, the red of Motul.
